Hi! No problem is to write script and tutor you to run it.
The real problem is that part of your data on the website are images: address and auction date. So putting this images only into XLSX file is possible. Nobody would finish this work for 30$ because advanced skill of image grabbing would require more skills from freelancer.
You should also know, that in final table you would not be able to search or sort by address and auction date, because they are images! Any solution of automatic address recognition would be cost about extra 1000$. But you could download all with script and then hire people for nothing here to retype addresses and dates in table (for ~3$/hr).
So that could be a solution.
