Hi All, I have 3 google spreadsheet. And I want to create a new google spreadsheet from where I can pull Data from my 3 google spreadsheet. Every google spreadsheet have "Type1", "Type2","Type3" Data. The new one which I one to create there will be a drop down of "Type1", "Type2","Type3". If I select "Type1"then It have to pull the data of "Type 1" from all 3 google spreadsheet. I have attach some screenshot for your reference. The spreadsheet I want to create name is "Updates" and also added 2 source file screenshot (Source1 and source2). Remember these all are Google Spreadsheet and All source spreadsheet are updating Spreadsheet but the "Type1", "Type2", "Type3" always exists in column A. And after pulling data I also input a Drop-down "Subtype1" and "Subtype2" ,to filter the data more. Bid Range: (20-25 USD) You have to give me formula only. No need to analyze and work on my data. There is a way to achieve the task using script editor in google spreadsheet that provides recording custom function which is called macros. If you can share the excel template with us, we would like to provide you the sample of our output. In the meanwhile if you would like to do the task on your own. We hereby provide you the simple steps to accomplish your task: I will guide you to the solution: First Step is to set the drop down menu's (combo box) on the range you want. In my example it will be in sheet1, having range A1:A10. From menu Data, choose this option: Set the criteria range, to be the range in sheet2 (values in combo box): Now the values will appear in the first sheet: Second Step is to add the following formula in cell B1 of sheet1: =ARRAYFORMULA(IF(ISBLANK(A:A)=TRUE,"";VLOOKUP(A:A,Sheet2!A:B, {2} * SIGN(ROW(A:A)),0))) This will automatically populate column B, with the values found in column B of sheet2, corresponding to the input given in column A of sheet1.
