I need a excel spreadsheet created that has a list of EVERY loft building in the city of chicago a good portion of this information can be found on at [login to view URL]!openview however the data will need to be verified and expounded upon to have the following features broken down upon: Address, Zip Code, Neighborhood, Community Area, Type of Construction (you can use the different types listed on allChicagoLofts), # of Units, Name of Building (if there is one), year built, residential or commercial, building website, building telephone number, property management company (if there is one), property management company phone number, property manager name (if there is one), property manager email, property manager telephone number. A list of the 228 Neighborhoods (broken down by zip code): [login to view URL] 77 Community areas (broken down by streets): [login to view URL] The spreadsheet needs to be visually appealing in the since that with all this data it would be good to have some sort of color coding broken down the 9 districts ([login to view URL]) The most important part is ACCURACY & COMPLETENESS of the data and it will require a lot of plotting addresses in google to verify accuracy, any questions please ask.
