Data collection and entry

I need to compile a database of about 2,000 records with 5-15 fields per record plus any images (mostly 1 to 3) linked to the data. Images might require renaming as all of them must be stored in one folder. To do this I one will be required to collect required fields of data from given sources. It can be done either manually or via a program. Some data fields might need to be processed on a custom webpage for conversion which is paste - click - copy to the relevant database field. I can setup a web page for you to enter the collected data and images or you can collect them into a database of specified format. Images will go into a folder. For records with images image name(s) must be specifed on the database record.
