Combine dynamic and static data in a Google Spreadsheet

I am looking for a way to combine a set of dynamic data pulled from a rss-feed with a field for notes in Google Spreadsheets.

Use:

I have a website with a mix of articles and event-pages. Both articles and events has an url with a six digit suffix that is also a unique id. Like [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]

I have created an rss-feed which only shows the events and I have imported Title, Description and URL with =IMPORTXML(URL;".//item"). On top of that I have created a ID-column from the data from the URL-column.

My plan was to add a fifth column called Status where I manually can choose if the page is working or not working.

The thing is that sometimes pages change status and go from an article to an event and since the document is pulling the first four columns automatically and I am updating the fifth manually, the "link" between id and status is gone.

Example: The article with the id# 310512 is being changed to a an event. That means it now appear in the spreadsheet and goes in between 310511 and 310514 and it will take over the status of 310514 even though I havent given it a new status.

I need:

What I need is someone who can setup my spreadsheet in such a way that the status I have given the events stay linked with the right event. I imagine the best way is by using the unique id but I dont really care how its being done. As long as it work.
