Situation: We have a subscription to a service that lets us collect leads from a database and download into a spreadsheet. We input a few criteria, then the software shows all entries satisfying the criteria and provides a toggle box to select the entry. The subscription is for up to 10,000 leads per day, but it is very time consuming because you must click on each toggle box to select the entries. We are averaging about 3,500 leads per hour downloaded.
We would like to hire someone on a continual basis to download the leads and email them to us. This would only require about 2-2.5 hours a day, since we can only download 10,000 leads per day. Provider would access our account on the internet and download the entries by searching and clicking each toggle box. Then they would send us the file by email. This is a very easy project but very monotonous. The leads screen shows 10 leads at a time, so a high speed internet connection would be helpful to minimize wait time.
