Distribute Flash Games

I own a fairly popular flash game website and would like to hire someone to help me distribute games to game portals. I'd like to pay a flat rate per each website the game is sucessfully submited too. In otherwords, you will provide me with a list of links to the game on the website and I will pay according to that. I'm asking that coders would include the following information in the bid: Estimated number of websites. How many different countries. (What languages will be needed) I will provide all titles, descriptions and the correct languages for you so I will need to know details.
