Data Entry into Excel Spreadsheet

Our factory workers fill out forms to record their work hours, number of pieces or lineral meters produced etc, as well as record details of any downtime. We currently manually enter all this data into a series of Excel spreadsheets. There are about 20 different factory processes being measured this way, which enables us to create various productivity charts. All charts and tables have been created, all we need is for data to be manually tallied up and then entered into the color coded fields. This is all done on a weekly basis. Data entry per machine can take between 5 - 20 minutes max each. We estimate that the time required to comfortably enter all the data for all machines will take max 1 full day (8 hours) per week. This is on an ongoing basis. Some knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is required to drag some basic formulas to the following weeks columns.
