Converting Handwritten Inventory into Excel Data Spread Sheets

Hello! Pretty Simple description for a project here. I have hand written inventory on paper that needs to be converted into Excel. I have created (and attached) an excel template that should be followed. Each column should contain "category", "item", "brand", "part number", "description", "location", "quantity". Some information will not be available so you will just have to leave the information blank. Each page which typically corresponds to a particular location in the warehouse, should be saved as its own excel file. Meaning, I do not want everything on one excel spreadsheet. Some of the pages have a 6 digit number usually starting with a 265---. This information does not need to be inputed into the spread sheet. Attached to this project are; excel template, and two pages showing an example of how this project should be accomplished. I will start off by scanning in 30 handwritten inventory notes that need to be converted. I do have more than 30 pages to complete this project, so if you do a good job, we can continue to work together. I want help with this ASAP.
