Looking for ways to improve our current learning system and reduce administrative time via automation - Formatting Word documents and Powerpoint presentations - Uploading documents to Amazon S3 - Customer service - Answering questions from potential students - Student records management - Processing payments for students Requirements: - An education or background in/familiarity with holistic wellness and nutrition - Ability to work 59 hours per week - Analytical thinking with excellent problem solving ability - Great communication skills, verbal and written - Strong experience in formatting documents or presentations - Organized with ability to manage time.I am looking for a well-spoken assistant to help manage small daily tasks, make phone calls, and do research on a part-time, on-demand basis. I am a busy executive of a small business loan brokerage and from time to time I need someone to help me with handling emails, returning calls, trouble-shooting, and completing some projects. You may be fielding requests from my business partner as well. I am looking for someone that is enthusiastic, positive, and efficient who will represent me and my company well.
