I am a real estate agent that is partnering up with a celebrity chef. She would like to offer her catering service to real estate agents hosting open houses in luxurious areas. I need assistance creating a proposal/marketing plan to send out to high profile real estate agents with million dollar listings and their sellers. The chef will be charging a fee for the catering.
