Blog Data Entry Help Needed

This is a project in which I need data entry helpers as soon as possible. I would like data entry operators who can at least do 10 posts a day. Work load may lessen in time, but right now I have a lot of work, so I need medium to fast workers. I don't want to pay anymore than $1.00 - $1.50 per post. So please let me know how much you'll charge. The cheaper the better, but I'm not adverse to offering a fair pay scale which I consider the above to be quite fair. I need data entry workers to log into Wordpress and do the following... - Use URLs to hyperlink phrases or words. You don't really need to know HTML for this since Wordpress will do this for you. I can instruct you if you get confused about how to go about it. - Change boring titles to compelling titles. (I'd like data entry helpers who don't mind doing a LITTLE keyword research at either Keyword Discovery, Google Keyword Tool, etc. I will teach those okay with doing this. It's quick and easy. This is not heavy SEO work so, keep that in mind. It's very light keyword research. If additional SEO work is needed, we can then re-negotiate pay, but for now the keyword only needs to be in the title of the post.) - Checkmark proper categories in Wordpress if they are not currently selected. - Search, add or select appropriate tags. - Change special characters to plain text format (commas usually) - This is easy. Don't worry. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, I'll explain how to do this. :) I have about 150 posts and counting that need to be done. Please note some of the work needed above may come and go because I will ultimately have my blog writers do some of this when possible. Lastly, I need data entry workers who are detail-oriented and good with words. You should be fluent in English. :) And be prompt about the deadlines I incur. I'm friendly but I don't tolerate slackers. I've had enough of those in the past to last a lifetime. I want to hire really soon, because I need work done ASAP, so please bid as soon as you can.
