We are looking for a sales customer service for our online store. We sell women's clothing. We required to have experience as a customer service Job Duties: Answer calls, emails, chats, print out labels, organize daily orders, keep inventory updated everyday, post on facebook ans instagram daily. The hours for this job are: EASTERN TIME ZONE We pay BI-Weekly MONDAY-FRIDAY: 11PM -6PM (one hour lunch)

I am absolutely efficient when it comes to providing the best results in a timely manner. I have a strong experience in the Customer Service area with two of the biggest telecommunication companies in the U.S, COMCAST and AT&T. Also it's worth mentioning that I do speak English and Spanish.

I have worked in the customer service since 2011 so I have a lot of experience when it comes to handling different types of customers. In my previous job as receptionist, I monitor and answer emails, answer and direct phone calls, organize records and keep inventory of supplies. I believe that I am very well equipped with the all the skills that you need for this project. Also, living here in New Zealand is an advantage in our time difference since 11PM-6PM in US is morning here in NZ. I am also into online shopping so I have visited lots of sites which gives me an idea of what kind of marketing they are doing. I am a social network savvy so monitoring and posting on facebook and instagram is my thing.
