We love our customers. They are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking to have the kind of customer service that makes people want tell their friends about us (for the right reasons). So we’re after someone who always has the customers’ best interest in mind and likes nothing more than delighting them. You will be responsible for answering all customer queries quickly, clearly and personably. They’ll be hit from all angles including phone, email and social and they’ll also need to keep customer accounts up to date. Superb verbal and written English is a must for this one. The majority of questions and comments we receive are via email so it is essential that you have a confident writing style and are able to make every customer feel valued. Additional skills or experience in creative writing, or writing for social media would be the cherry on the cake. WHERE YOU’LL AFFECT CHANGE Our ideal Champion will: - Put ‘personality’ into their written responses - Make our customers smile and bring creativity to the job - Show a strong work ethic and the ability to work under loose direction - Have flexibility in their job role - be willing to help out where needed

Hi, I have perfect English grammar with good communication skills. I have job experience of 40 hours/week with an IT company for more than 4 years. There I was responsible for customer support. I have to solve computer related problems. I have two years experience in chat and email handling as well of US customers. I have very reliable internet connection and having power backup as well. So there is no chance of missing my shift. I have never missed my shift in my entire career of chat and email handling.
