I want to start a dialog with some BPO companies about my requirement.
We are a small but growing business in real estate rental.
I am thinking about outsourcing some reception, customer support, data entry, internet research etc work.
I know this is very vague but for the moment I just want to start talking about it so I can get a better idea of what is possible and for how much.
I would prefer to deal with a larger business so that I only have to deal with 1 person for my requirements.
