Due to high call volumes we need more agents than our present office can hold. Technology allows us to open employment to skilled individuals with a professional speaking voice, internet access and a reliable telephone (land line, cell or VOIP)
You are a call center agent (working from home) taking inbound calls to answer questions about the company and helping people navigate through a website. You may take outbound calls as well to make callbacks. We've been around for a while . . . and we're here to stay. Because of this, we do have a screening process.
A resume is not required, but helpful. A background in sales is always helpful, because while you are not selling, you do want to have the right attitude and enthusiasm on the phone to encourage people to use our company. You must have a professional speaking voice, reliable phone and internet.
