Company Profile, presentation, brochure

We are an IT outsourcing company in Puerto Rico. Right now we specialize in Networking and Help Desk type services and are looking to get into off shore development. Basically we will have a few high level analysts gathering requirements and doing high level design and all actual programming will be done offshore. There are many companies doing this, I just want to clone the marketing material from some of the best. Something like the ones found on the bottom left hand side of [login to view URL] would be nice, maybe with a little more details. I would like a proposal for this flash demo, a brochure, and a company profile. I have attached a sample brochure I created. I found something like this on the web and modified it a little. Something like this would be desirable, but more aesthetically pleasing and clearer english. For the company profile, I will provide some resumes of the high level analysts and some sample work they have done. You will have to organize all of the information and make it into a nice marketing document. ## Deliverables A company profile. A FLASH presentation of our services. Programmer will do all of the research and create a flash demo for an offshore programming company. They will copy methodologies and documents found on other leading off shore development companies sites. Brochure - Make a new improved brochure over the one we already have. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS Word, Publisher, Adobe PDF, Photoshop, etc
