Writer for travel type/informative articles focusing on various California cities

This is for a real estate website. We need content that describes the city, a number of the featured subdivisions and the people/businesses we recommend in the community. The goal is to write a number of articles that together describe the community. Ideas for articles; history of the area, current demographics, school system, attractions; parks, beaches, amenities, featured local businesses; restaurants, gym, indoor play facilities for kids, dog walkers, yoga studios, spas, salons, clothing stores, outdoor/sports related stores, contractors;general contractors, landscape, house cleaners, carpet cleaners, window cleaners. Articles can be as short or long as needed. I want quality. I want the locals of the community to see this as a well done overview of their town. We will start with one large city at a time. I haven't decided what city will be first so please let me know if you would like to write about a specific city.
