Convert course material into e-learning SCORM compliant format

I need the following content ocnverted into an e-learning compatible format. We currently use Saba as our LMS platform. You will study the course, divide it into sections, convert the exam into SCORM compliant format, etc. Only providers who have substantial experience in this area should contact me. The content is in Spanish so you must be somewhat knowledgable in the language.
