Article Writer Needed - Property Auctions

I am looking for someone who has a good knowledge of Property Auctions in the United Kingdom. To qualify I need someone who meets any one of the following criteria: * Has won a property at auction in the UK * Has sold a property at auction in the UK * Is an Estate Agent, Mortgage Broker or Professional Property Developer. * Is an Auctioneer, or works for an Auction House * Is a journalist for a property magazine, or property section * Can provide a portfolio of previous articles they have written on the UK property market or property auctions. I am looking for freshly written up-to-date articles, and looking to initally order one per week over the coming weeks, but if it works out this may increase. Articles I will ask for might be anecdotal stories, advice articles, preselling articles for a product - however don't worry if you can't do all of these I will work with your particilar talents and the main aim of this is Content and SEO. **Please quote the price for a single, well researched article of about 300 words, in which I may ask you to include specific key words.** The copyright of the article will be mine on completion and the article (or something very similar) must not exist elsewhere on the web or in print, and you must not sell the article to anyone else afterwards. If you win I will escrow money for a single article, see how well you do, and then repeat. The deadline for the first article after escrow will be 7 days. Only bid if you know you have the time to do an article every 7 days.
