ColdFusion Virtual House Tour

COLD FUSION ONLY!!!! I need a web site written where users can create an account, log in, and create virtual "offices" where they then can upload JPGs of the different rooms, choose an option for the rooms title ie. "master bedroom" or "living room" from a pull-down list (or enter a new name if one doesn't exist in the pull down) and then type a description of the room. The room could then be saved and a new room entered the same way, over and over again until the user has posted pics and descriptions of all the rooms in their house. Users can create as many "houses" as they want "Lake house", "Beach house", "My house", whatever they want to name the individual house and it's collection of pics and descriptions. Outdoor "rooms" should be supported as well... "this is a picture of our back yard", for example. The categories of "rooms" should be configurable from an admin section, along with user management, "house" management, etc. User or guests visiting the site would immediately see a home page that lists the latest houses that they can visit, to see what each house looks like... room by room. The programmer for this project MUST use Cold Fusion and be very familiar with the CFX_Image tag. PHP programmers need not bid. Video upload and playback support would be great, and would heavily influence the winning bid. The site must include design, with CSS highly preferred.
