Custom Cloud Storage Application and where to store securely

Hi Experts. I am looking for a developer to design a Fancy Cloud storage application that my clients can access via Internet. I dont want physical software installed on pcs, I prefer internet based e-System. It must e very simple. It must work similar to [login to view URL] but not so complicated. There should be Personal Storage option for now, later on we can work on a Business option that can backup data incremental and full backups but for now its Personal data to backup. I also need your input on where to store these backups as we can start with 100gigs but move to 1000s of terrabytes of data. I need a solution thats very cheap , secure, fast accessible and encrypted with redundancy The app to develop must be very fun and fancy. It must have topics like music, videos, pictures Under each topic should have titles like trips, birthdays as examples but clients should be able to create their own and manage their own data / folders etc The process should be simple and quick Please advise with an example or screenshots of what it will look like before I HIRE you as I need to know you can do this. Also with info on how we going to store this data
