Hi, 1) Need to check this is a L2 or l3 switch first.I hope it is a L2 switch Then only the connectivity details can be analyse. Ethernet 1: Will be connected to Internet (there is already connectivity and I can ping between the devices) This is fine Ethernet 2: Will be connected to the switch and provide the connection This side connectivity to device and give the ip address, , gateway ip address and DNS ip address. If DHCP is enable no need of giving the ip address. Cisco switch no configuration needed the default configuration will be fine.
