I want a qualified polymer or chemical engineer to confirm whether or not a multilayer laminated or coextruded plastic film ( eg. pet/al/pe, kpet/pe, kpa/pe, pet/pa/pe etc) is a thermoplastic polymer, and if not when does it stop being a polymer? Must also provide proof of claim.
