I am process engineer with 8 years of experience in oil & gas, chemicals and pharma. have both field and office experience on wide variety of projects. I was involved in every stage of project execution: from basic design, feasibility study, conceptual, through FEED, detail design and ends at commissioning and start-ups. I specialize in preparing PFDs and P&IDs, material and heat balances, process simulations (Aspen Plus & Hysys), hydraulic calculations, sizing of process equipment, preparation of data sheets, design of pressure-relieving and depressuring systems, SIL, technical specifications, operating procedures and many others. I have a permanent position and work freelance in my off time. I could communicate via skype, phone, lynq and any other system. Due to the time difference I am available every day from 9-10 am US time for about 5-6 hours. I am working on Aspen Plus from the beginning of my professional career. I have know steady state process simulation on aspen plus because it was included in my B.Sc. Chemical Engineering . My mini Project was Simulation report for the Production of Acetic acid by Methanol Carbonylation Using Aspen plus. I also have good understanding with working on Aspen hysys and gave by Major Project Design of Liquid-Liquid Extraction Coulmn Design along the varification of No of Plates of Multi-Component Distillation Coulmn and Binery Component Distillation Coulmn on Aspen Hysys.
