Captcha Data Entry

I am looking preferably for someone that has a team of cheap laborers that can do a lot of data entry in a day rather than a single contractor. I need captchas entered, paying approx. $10/1,000 captchas. Each captcha takes about 3-4 seconds to enter and consists of roughly 5-7 letters. I will need 5,000 captchas entered. I will provide all necessary programs. Please do not bid if you cannot come close to my amount of captchas needed or my price :)
