CakePHP dynamic sitemap and SEO friendly url needed

Hello, I need a sitemap for my CakePHP site. I tried several methods found on google but any of them worked. I need someone who is CakePHP expert and can make a dynamic sitemap. Maximum budget is $30 for this job. Now the site doesn't have any sitemaps, so as soon as there'll be a working one, I'll release the money to the winner.
