I'd like someone to create an animation for me. If it ends up being a GIF then I will need all source files to rebuild it in case I need to resize or change colors.
Applicants need to have previous animation experience - either GIF or css or JS .

I have some experience with CSS3, jQuery and JS animations. E.g. parallax sliders, dynamic charts, SVG animations etc.. I would be able to complete the task in less than 3 days according to your requirements.
