Create two css pages & .htacess redirect

I am redoing a section of my website and need two pages creating on my current site.

I can show you an example of how i want it to look.

They must be:

- W3c valid

- Table free

- Use best practice

I then need a .htacces re-write rule from:

[url removed, login to view]

To

[url removed, login to view]

Also

[url removed, login to view]

to

[url removed, login to view]

This is a simple tiny job - hence low bids - $30
