Customize Salesforce to model our sales process

We are starting with salesforce right now. We need someone professional in developing salesforce platforms. This is for a sales and operations process of a transportation company (Limousine Service). We only farm out jobs to affiliates and need to control this process even as to manage the bookings. Our Workflow looks like this (please see attached workflow PDF): 1. create quote -> send to customer 2. create confirmation with data from quote or just new -> send to customer -> provide these data on a customer login page -> send order to affiliate -> provide these data on an affiliate login page with ability to insert driver details ----> if affiliate did not insert driver details 24 hours before service starts -> escalation to staff to call the affiliate ----> if affiliate did insert driver details, send these data by email to customer and provide information on customer login page (same if affiliate changes driver details) -> generate task for staff to call driver 2 hours before service starts, after staff did this send email with service approved to customer 3. After service is processed: Service post processing: -> 1 day after service has been processed -> send link to affiliate to type in information like: service start – end, additional services that have to be charged -> on basis of these information, generate invoice to customer and credit advice to affiliate That is why we need: - Customer and affiliate portal - Creating Offers, Confirmations, invoices -> Connect these steps with customer and affiliate login pages and pass information to the customer or affiliate site just with the information they need - Automatic Email sending’s of all documents when created - Escalation if something not happens - Connection to Calendar -> We do transportation jobs for our customers and need to send any single position of a confirmation to a calendar, so staff can see which jobs have to be done today, tomorrow and so on. - When a job is finished, we need our affiliates to double check if there has been done additional services they will charge and we have to charge to our customers. -> create and send invoice for customer with these data and credit advice to affiliate
