I need the following:
-Implement Vtiger on my website
-Set up web form
-My company offers a service at peoples homes or offices. I would like to have certain information that I enter in the Quote module to be easily transferable to any web-based calendar. Some of these infos to be transferred are:
Quote Number
Organization Name
Contact Name
Shipping Address
Contact Telephone number
Job description ( personal notes that I write )
I would like to have the above information easily and quickly transferable from a quote in vtiger to a calendar such as gmail ( I say gmail because I think it can't be done on the vtiger calendar ).
This can be done by either having the information automatically transferred in a clean paragraph in the "description information block" area on a quote as I fill out the "address information block" area on the quote module. I can then copy/paste all at once the information that I need in the " description information " to a calendar. Or this could be done by some other method that you might think of . This is important so that my employees that drive the trucks can have access to a calendar on the web to see what jobs they have to do.
-I need to have my invoices and quotes to look different than the way Vtiger does it. I know these can be change with PDF Maker, but I would want you to do it for me.
When I export a quote to PDF
1- If there is an organization name in the quote, I want the Organization name to appear on top in the " billing address " and the "shipping address" section.
2- If there is no Organization Name in the quote, I want the Contact Name to appear in both the " billing address " and in the "shipping address" section.
3- But, if there is an organization name AND I have entered a name in a custom field that I added called Client Name, I still want the Organization Name in the " billing address " but I want the Client Name( custom field ) in the "shipping address"
-When I'm looking at a quote and I go to the right side of the quote and click on " Send Email With PDF ", a window called " compose e-mail " , I want the subject area to filled automatically with my company's name followed by the contact name, for example -> "my company name" - "contact name " = AIR PLUS - Brad Pitt
-I have different types of clients ( residential, commercial, Industrial ). In the quotes module, I need 3 or 4 new custom blocks( which i will add custom fields to myself) for these different types of clients. When I select the right block for my client, I want the other non necessary blocks to minimize or disappear so that the quote module doesn't look soo confusing to look at.
-In quote and invoice, it is mandatory to enter an "item" . My company sells a service, it doesn't sell any "items", is there a way to make this field non-mandatory ??
-I want subject in quotes and invoice to be non-mandatory
*I need someone that I can easily understand their accent when they talk to them, cause last time I called Vtiger, I couldn't understand the man's accent !!
*I also need to have access to the freelancer to discuss things about this project as we go along.
*If there is anything that I am asking for extremely complicated and is too hard to do, please let me know now
