I'v read the project description carefully,there is a solution existed in my c++ base lib.I think ican work it pefectly.

Binomial Heap is standart structure in an olympiad of programming. I have a lot of experience in that. I can write the code without any bugs and get you many tests for testing :) I need only for two hours for writing this problem.
