Convert my 3 monolithic makefile build system to CMake for a small game engine. (Linux,OSX,Windows)

I have a small cross platform game engine currently using a separate makefiles for every platform. It has become a pain to maintain. I would like then converted to use CMake to generate proper builds for each platform. Must be able to build with the supplied libraries NOT the system versions. Must be able to force a 32-bit build on all platforms.

New build instructions will be required and will be tested against operational servers to ensure compatibility.
