Create a front-end admin for Social Engine and a few changes - open to bidding

Hi susanzacharia, i need a few things i will describe below...

Create a friendly panel for the client (front-end) administration, adding a section on Social Engine administrator (back-end), where you can set options that i will explain later.

In the administrator client (front-end) create the following:

Display a summary of the account that the client hired where out, the account type, number of users hired in the plan, account details (ID license, contract start date, end date contract) and that shows the total space available per user all these data must be able to be entered from the new section of the SE (back-end) administrator.

In the administrator client (front-end), add a section to customize the colors of the SE and add a custom logo.

In the administrator client ( front-end ) , add a section to create and manage network users, with the possibility of management to specific users to access the admin client ( front-end ), also give management to the News section ( basically give the possibility to assign 2 types of roles, a role with privileges to create news and another role with client adminstration ( front-end ) plus the privilege to create news ).

IMPORTANT : The new SE admin section ( back-end ) , add an option to set the number of users who can create the client manager, also to define the start and end date of the contract, the latter option idea is that when the end date come, a month before approaching him out a notification to the administrator of the client ( front-end ) and after 5 days , if the date is not changed from the manager of SE ( back-end ) block the access to the SE with a notice of payment due , but nothing is erase.

In the administration section of users, add the option to charge users by CSV.

VERY IMPORTANT: All network users must be friends with each other, when a new user is entered, either singly or en masse way (CSV), they have to be all friends.

Other changes

Move the option to highlight items in admin (back-end) and put inside the news create section

By posting news, create the field to upload the photo and it looks like in the featured thumbnail, create the possibility of a major news show (slide) and to define the category of news that is going to show.

Please can you tell me how much can be cost to do this?
