Design of a waterproof, collapseable multicopter frame and canopy to house electronics. STEP files required

I need someone to help design a generic multicopter frame and canopy that needs to be light weight, and a very low part count. The frame needs to include a power distribution board for up to 8 motors and a mount for a camera gimbal for aerial photography. There also needs to be a protected area to house Li-Po batteries within the frame. The frame also needs to be collapsible for transport. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform The output files need to be in STEP.
