I need the services of someone fluent in (English &) Archicad to document a project with two apartment buildings. All 2 stories. There is an existing building that will be included in the applicaiotn this needs to be documented to a lesser extent. We will need the following drawings: Site plan (exisitng and proposed) Floor plans of each level of all buildings 4 Elevations of each building (12 in total) Streetscapes. 2 of Shadow diagrams across the day september 22. There will be a total of 14 pages. i expect these to be A1. There will also be a schedule of finishes to be referenced, this will be produced by us and issued for your use. Files will be managed across dropbox The timeline for this project is 4-6 weeks.
