What we would need on this end to save time: 1. Add 3 .020 breakaway holes on each part so that the individual parts will be secure in the panel after routing. The parts will be broken out by hand, so use as few tabs as possible. 2. Create the .080 tab breaks in the outline for each part and create the route program, using .062 router bit with outside compensation. Some of the parts will be spaced smaller, and if so, we can use as small as .020, .031 or .040 router bits. Most of the parts are .100 apart, so .062 bit is preferred!! Some parts on the board outline layer may have .100 or .094 lines being used for the board outline, we would then use .100 or .094 router bits, with no comp. Slots and cutouts may be used on some of the parts, and these would need to be included in the route program. Slots with copper on the top and bottom layers will be plated thru, and we would create this program, all other slots will need to be in the route program.

Hello. I am a Veteran Embedded systems designer with over 9 years in the industry for developing solutions for Industrial Automation, Machine control and Data Acquisition. I have completed a number of Product designs with complete Schematics and PCBs made for Manufacturing, Assembly & Testing. Some of the projects i have done on freelancer and you can see in my profile. I design systems to comply with standards and specs. I have Altium designer (Summer 9) as well as Eagle at office and can design the board for you. I can provide Gerber files for PCB fabrication as well as Centroid, Paste and BOM files for assembly.
