C# solution that posts ads on CL

Need an forms based solution that is written in C# - Must be a windows Forms app - form needs to read info from xml file - -xml file must store username & password -- xml file must have 2 ads - Form needs to allow choice of ads read from config - Upon clicking desired ad, form must login using credentials from xml and successfully post an ad on CL I have already got the login down but am just looking to shorten my night. Don't waste both of our time if you just "think" you can do do this or have never done it before. There are no google searches that will yield a script to post an ad. This should be easy for the right person, hopefully that is you
