Develop setup file from Visual studio Project

For our application we need a setup file that can be distributed in a Windows environment, therefore we need setup and msi file :

Some info:

- C# Windows Form Application made with Visual Studio 2015 (Community Edition), Framework target 4.0

- uses external packages like Microsoft.Bcl.1.1.10, Microsoft.Net.Http.2.2.29 and Newtonsoft.Json.8.0.2 (imported with NuGet)

- Form is made and is running.

- Form with 2 textboxes, 1 Install button and an Error/Information textlabel

- Registry is checked for a few parameters (in case the app is ran again)

- scans the network and searches for a server that answers through a http request. This is an asynchronous proccess. In case there is an answer it will fill one of the textboxes.

- Clicking install copies some files and then changes a config file. After that a service is made and will be started. Finally the Form will be closed.

Issue:

Can not make an installer and start Form Application.

All kinds of errors/symptons due to not privileged as administrator

Need:

- [login to view URL] and MSI.

- Setup must have priveleges to install software in 'program files', change settings in registry and install + start service.

- Must run on Windows 7 and higher. If needed/possible Framework target can be lowered.

- prefered solution with: Visual Studio Installer - Setup Project
