Create a window 7 app in C# -- 2

The app must: browse to an apk file on file system ( zip format) Unzip the file, extract a file "[login to view URL]", with lines containing name=value format, and replace the line url=x with url=y where y is provided by the user. Zip the apk back up and re-sign it. The app needs a configurable path to the Android sdk for signing, configurable settings for keystore file path and password, Then it has to run zipalign, which is in the java jdk, so we need a setting for that path too. I have supplied Java code that does the same thing,removed from a working project, it's in the attached [login to view URL] should be stored in a file.
