Create Tax Forms in Reporting Software

Looking for someone with expertise in Perpetuum Software's Report Sharp Shooter. If you are not familiar with this product, please do not offer to use another tool, as it must be in this. The web site is here: [login to view URL] What I need done is a recreation of the seven pages in the attached PDFs in Report Sharp Shooter, so that when printed, the printed forms look identical or as close to it as possible to the PDFs. I need 7 pages of the attached PDF files re-created in Perpetuum Software's Report Sharp Shooter tool. I do not need the actual data fields inserted, as I will take care of that. These are gridlined forms to help get the exact measurements correct. Hopefully obviously the grid lines do not actually go into the recreated forms. Any questions do not hesitate to ask!
