Hello. I have extensive experience with email / web technologies, and also have done lots of work with WCF - designing WCF service interfaces as well as consuming my own and those from third parties. I would propose reworking your original tool to a C# tool, but to save time I can convert the existing one to C# and harvest the algorithms that are doing the comparison, as well as the reporting formats and outputs. I expect those two are where the meat are. I have made some assumptions as to the nature of the comparisons performed, and should be able to deliver a working compare tool for you within a week of your acceptance of my bid. If I need more time than that, I would let you know within a day of getting your current tool and a more complete view of your requirements. Regards, Joon

I have a ton of experience on projects like this from my commercial and freelancing experience and I am very interested in completing your project for you. I have entered the minimum bid on this project as I would really like to start building up my reputation on this site so I can get more work. I also said that I will have it finished within 7 days, by the sound of the project I should be able to finish it in a single day anyway. I would be happy to do this work for you for 150 pounds. It should be relatively simple to change the source of the databases but my suggestion would be to store the databases as application settings which would mean that you would be able to easily change them in the future without requiring a programmer. I would be completely happy to port the application to C# if you require that otherwise I am more than capable of adding the new comparison into the existing VB. I have excellent English, in fact I even spent my first year out of University as an English Teacher in South Korea.
