Hello! Why do you want to use Cuda? Could it be possible to use OpenCL? I use OpenCL for computation and TBB for my projects.

Would you require it for real time computing? I'm sure you already know CUDA finds it hard to do any task's that specifically involve IF. Generally when the algorithms you have employed is compute bound such as affine transformations, energy/cost function calculations then it is possible to optimize it. Morphological operators such as thresholding become recursive functions and hence are generally avoided on CUDA.
