clean up code

hello, looking for someone to clean up a codebase. the project is a readme generator/ it's a bit messy [login to view URL] code is currently in C. only around 400 lines of code. you job is to clean it up, separate functions into different files. No function should be more than 40 lines. after that there may be more work to expand on the project.
