4. Code must be 100% C++ or C# (I don't accept any other langage);
5. Remote admin must be written in php (Ajax/JavaScript are permitted) and must be translatable (you give me only english langage & I will translate it in other langage);
6. Windows & linux version.
NB 1: Code will be compiled under VS2015 (for windows).
