Greetings, Looks like you want a device which can talk to BLE beacons installed inside an indoor location and based on that determine it's own coordinates. Your device I believe needs to be portable - requiring rechargeable battery and might have some other function as well - depending on what else it can do - sensing, telemetry etc. From your description it's not very clear whether you want the architecture of this device to begin with or a POC.
