Hi there, Please ignore price and timing. This is purely a contact request. Pricing and timing will require much more detail, sample images, etc. The watermarking and resizing sub-projects are trivial in comparison to the recognition task. I worked on a BIB recognition project a couple of years ago, and you should be aware there are several problems that make it just about impossible to achieve 100% accuracy. Anything over 80% is very good. Personally I do not think more than 90% is achievable regardlessof the technology. Depending on how you hande the results, (e.g. publishing online) you may need a manual verification process to review results and to check for false positives. Varying BIB design is one issue, if they are all identical it is much simpler, but if you are covering multiple events the BIB design varies considerably. The best results are achieved by tuning the recognition software for each BIB design/event. I am currently busy working on a similar project and there may be some overlap.
