Add a Surveillance feature to our existing directshow video capture application-2

Need a C++/VC++ expert to add following features in existing directshow video capture application by keeping the existing quality same: 1) Face Detection 2) Number Plate Detection 3) Motion Detection If this option is checked from the encoder screen then It should automatically focus onto that part of video where either of this three detected/capture and create a snap shot of the same in log folder with Maximum quality possible. Deliverable: VS 2008 compiling and running application as mentioned above. Test Scenario : 1) Few people will walk in front of the camera and it will capture the snap shot of face in log folder. Also a rectangle box in live view pointing to the motion/face/number plate. 2) Repeat the same for motion and number plate.
