Hi, I have experience writing in C and assembly language, and of programming with the Windows API. However, the only thing I understand by "ring modes" is the protection levels the Intel processors run at, and I cannot imagine any circumstances under which Windows would let you touch them. Of course I don't know much about the project yet, so the quote and delivery time must be provisional.
