Convert .atf images to .tif or .png or .gif

I need someone to decode/convert all my pictures from this image format .atf to tif or png or whatever as long as I can use my images. You may have to write a program to do this. The images are part of a software catalog - the catalog also contains a database that references pictures to part numbers the pictures are already named according to this database. This is a very simple task for the right person - You must have a good internet connection You must have programming skill You must complete in 2 or 3 days max You must show me that you can convert a single image as soon as I accept your bid and we can communicate. I have attached the image type that I am dealing with.
